Delicious Sherry flip cocktail in a glass

Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 ounces sherry
  • 1/2 ounce cream (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add egg, sugar, sherry and optional ingredients, if desired.
  3. Shake.
  4. Strain into a cocktail glass.
