
Blues and champagne, two of my favourites
Yield: 25 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/5 blue curacao
- 8 ounces lemon juice
- 4/5 dry champagne
- Peel of two lemons
Instructions:
- Chill all ingredients.
- Pour curacao and lemon juice into a punch bowl (with no ice).
- Stir.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Add champagne.
- Stir gently.
- Garnish with a lemon twist and a strawberry.
- Float lemon peels in the bowl.
