
Blues and champagne, two of my favourites
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 3 ounces champagne
- 1/4 ounce brandy
Instructions:
- Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add egg yolk, sugar, and champagne.
- Shake.
- Strain into a cocktail glass.
- Float brandy on top.
