
One of my favourite punches
Yield: 18 Servings
Ingredients:
- 24 ounces chilled pineapple juice
- 2 ounces lemon juice
- 1 quart pineapple sherbet
- 1/5 chilled champagne
Instructions:
- Pour juices into a punch bowl.
- Add sherbet just prior to serving.
- Add champagne.
- Stir.
