Delicious Bird of paradise fizz cocktail in a glass

I believe I can fly

Yield: 1 Servings


  • 1 1/2 ounces gin
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce blackberry brandy
  • 1/2 ounce sugar syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 4 ounces club soda


  1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add gin, lemon juice, blackberry brandy, sugar syrup, and egg white.
  3. Shake.
  4. Strain into highball glass.
  5. Fill with ice and soda.
