- 2 ounces coconut milk or cream
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 ounces light rum
- Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add coconut milk, pineapple juice, and rum.
- Strain into a blender half-filled with crushed ice.
- Serve in a hurricane glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple spear, a cherry and/or shredded coconut.
