Yield: 1 Servings
- 1 1/2 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce cream
- 1 ounce coffee liqueur
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 4 ounces cold black coffee
- 1 small scoop coffee ice cream
- Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add vodka, cream, coffee liqueur, sugar, coffee, and coffee ice cream.
- Decorate with fruit.
- Strain into a highball glass.
